What does my hotel need?
Two inputs. The hardware counts along live.
Quick answers.
What is PoE?
Power over Ethernet. The router gets power and data over the same network cable. No socket needed on the ceiling.
Do I need fibre?
No. We use your hotel’s existing internet connection. Your internet modem comes from your provider and connects to the Airfy firewall, followed by the core switch, floor switches and routers.
Who configures the devices?
We do. Everything arrives pre-configured, your electrician only installs it.
How do updates arrive?
Automatically from the cloud controller. Nothing for you to do.
